The production itself is not particularly large, but the climate and land give it <\/span><b>a quality that is truly excellent and constant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, its structure with small farming plots has developed a tradition of incorporating the importance of selection. This is what determines today\u2019s prioritisation of quality in its production.
