One of them, located further to the north, is in <\/span><b>Cabo de San Antonio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As a result, its highest point towers 175 metres above sea level, allowing its light to shine up to a distance of 26 nautical miles on a clear day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Lighthouse of <\/span><b>Cabo de la Nao <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is located a few kilometres to the south.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is more modern than the previous one, dating back to 1928. What\u2019s more, you can even go inside, offering a first-hand experience of the challenges of life as a lighthouse keeper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fact, this lighthouse is still inhabited. It is home to one of the oldest <\/span><b>lighthouses in Alicante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. While it is no longer in use today, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solhabitat.com\/blog\/torre-cap-dor-moraira\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cap d\u2019Or<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> watchtower had great strategic significance for centuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To get there, you\u2019ll need to put on your hiking boots and follow a small nature trail.
