Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage in Calpe, neben einem fantastischen Sandstrand und nur 3 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
In weniger als 15 Autominuten erreichen Sie die charmanten Städte Moraira und Altea.
Dank seiner fantastischen Lage am Meer können Sie die herrlichen Panoramablicke auf das Meer und den Naturpark Peñon of Ifach genießen. Die Villa verfügt über mehrere große Terrassen mit verschiedenen Bäumen und Pflanzen, die sich perfekt zum Lesen oder für ein Familienessen eignen, während Sie das Meer bewundern. Ein weiterer fantastischer Bereich des Hauses ist die große Außenterrasse, der ideale Ort für eine Siesta im Schatten, bei der Sie dem beruhigenden Klang der Wellen lauschen können.

And the view of the sea from the terrace and the living room is breathtaking. All the bedrooms have a direct sea view. Everything on site was as described. I also greatly appreciated the fitness center (Troya) in close proximity. There are also a few smaller supermarkets nearby, and the larger, better-stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car (parking is available there). The kitchen is well-equipped, and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available (everything from the citrus press to the hand blender is there). Thanks also to the Solhabitat team, who were always friendly, competent, and responded promptly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for cleanliness because a previous tenant had obviously forgotten a hairpin in the washing machine. Otherwise, everything was fine. ...

There was really nothing we didn’t like, but a few small improvements could make it even better: the parasol was a bit broken and tucked away, the light at the back of the house needed fixing and more lighting there in the evenings would be great, anmehr anzeigen

These were only minor details and did not affect our overall experience.

Sin duda el único punto negativo es el WiFi. Hay sistemas que no son la fibra que ofrecen bajadas de 30mb y 50 mb.
Ahora mismo la bajada no llega ni a 1mb. Esta casa no puede tener este servicio cuando el resto de la casa es espectacular.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. La reforma de la casa de al lado con la piscina "Varouna" estará terminada antes de finales de año y tendrá entonces la posibilidad de alquilarla el próximo año si lo desea.
