Glass doors to balcony need something on them to make it obvious they are closed, (tried to walk through them thinking they were open)!
Operating instructions in English for appliances and air con needed , could not use oven, hob or air con.

Television does not have any English channels, only BBC World news, It would have been nice to be met at the apartment and not having to go to office to collect key, any immediate problems could be raised in person instead of having to e-Mail. The €125 euro final clean charge is excessive when only two people occupying apartment. We only used one bedroom and bathroom! So very little cleaning needed. |
