It has a terrace with open sea views, central air conditioning, wifi, a garage and a community pool with a nice garden.
The apartment's location is perfect since it is in a very quiet area on the second line, very close to the beach but without the hustle and bustle of the avenue.
The apartment is distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, washing machine and refrigerator, a living room with a large terrace with sea views, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Parking will not be a problem since you can park your car in its private covered garage that is located in the same building, as well as in the free outdoor parking just in front of the accommodation.
