FABULOUS MEDITERRANEAN VILLA BY THE SEA AND JUST 7 MINUTES FROM MORAIRA
Come relax in this fantastic traditional villa situated at an extraordinary location right by the sea and very close to Moraira. You will be able to reach the center by foot while walking along the beautiful sea-promenade which passes in front of the house. This villa was recently entirely renovated. It features a beautiful 500m2 Swiss Garden (wooden terrace), where you will be able to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views of the sea.
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. All 6 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as is the living room. Bedroom #1 has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and 2 large windows, which offer a view of the terrace and the sea. Bedroom #2 also has sea view.
Bedroom #3 enjoys a view on the back terrace. This room closes with a curtain instead of a door.
Bedroom #4 has sea view. As for bedroom #5, it offers fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and its situated in the attic, accessible via a staircase from the living room.
Rooms #2, #3, #4, #5 share a bathroom with shower. Bedroom #6 is separated from the house and has its own independent access. It also disposes of an en suite bathroom and a private terrace.
The sculpted wooden doors of the living- and dining rooms make this pleasant lounge area radiate warmth and elegance. From these rooms you will delight in the beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The modern kitchen is very spacious and has a large table and a bar area with stools.
The outside terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a meal in the sunset or to jump in the pool and admire the breathtaking panorama. Here you will savor the warm summer nights and the beautiful illuminations of the house. The villa also has a floor heating system.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
Large scale celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the capacity of the house.
Smocking and lighting candles is not allowed inside the house.

There were a few maintenance issues such as the pool was green when we arrived (completely unacceptable) there were some loose tiles around the pool area (wall and floor). Need proper locks on the gates. Also maybe consider writing in the descriptionsee more

Need proper locks on the gates. Also maybe consider writing in the description that the pool is located down some (slippery) tiled steps. We found this a bit of a concern with small children. Also maybe a welcome pack when guests arrive with some water and tea/coffee??

The outside gate when locked is easily opened just by pushing it.The pool maintenance man always seemed to be in a hurry, leaving the hose in the pool and outside gates open.
One bath did not have a plug and the toilet seat in one bathroom wassee more
