LARGE VILLA WITH SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN JUST 4 MINUTES WALK FROM THE FABULOUS BEACHES OF MORAIRA
This villa will surprise you with its spaciousness and its extensive and well-kept garden. Without a doubt a great house where you can enjoy with the whole family a fantastic holiday next to the Mediterranean.
It is located in a privileged place near the sea and with a lot of privacy. At just a 4-minutes´ walk, is located "Les Platgetes", charming sandy beaches where you will find small shops and restaurants to enjoy a meal right by the sea. Just a 1-minute drive away is Moraira, one of the most beautiful and charming villages on the Costa Blanca. A few minutes' drive away you can visit other beautiful Spanish Mediterranean villages such as Javea, Altea, Calpe and Benissa.
The house has 5 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a living room and a covered terrace next to the garden. It also features an 10x5 m. swimming pool and a roofed barbecue.
On the outside you will enjoy a perfectly manicured garden with a large lawn area with trees and palm trees. By the pool you can relax on a sun lounger in the shade of a gazebo.
The house is divided into two floors. The upper floor is accessed by two interior staircases that give access to two separate areas.
In one of the areas on the upper floor is the master bedroom (#1) with two beds of 90x190, a dressing room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a private terrace with beautiful sea views. Next to this bedroom is a single bedroom (#2) with a bed of 135x190. Being these two bedrooms in a separate area of the house is ideal for a marriage with one or two small children.
In the other area on the upper floor, there is a double bedroom (#3) with en-suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms (#4 and #5) that share a bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a single bedroom (#6) and a double bedroom (#7) that share a bathroom.
