The whole experience of dealing with SolHabitat was very straight forward and reassuring. I had not dealt with an independent booking agent before (always used the likes of Vrbo and AirBnB, etc.)

They were professional and helpful all the way through and answered all my questions promptly. The appartment was as described and perfectly located for the pool - allowing us to sunbath on our terrace and then walk to the pool for a swim, easy! we ate out pretty much every night and walked into Moraira town - this was literally only 5 mins (10 if you walked slow as it was hot!) The town offered many restaurants and we were never disappointed - we di book the day before as it was height of season and quite busy. Definitely come back to Moraira and definitely use SolHabitat again. |

A lot of people use the pool throughout the day but we weren’t bothered by noise, however this may be different in the height of the season. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is a free-form shape, with a jacuzzi at one end. The welcome bag was also a very nice touch on our arrival.

The apartment was quite expensive and we feel that certain elements let it down. We spent a lot of time out on the patio, but there was only one sun bed which was functioning properly. This is a villa for 4 people, therefore all the sun beds should hver más
The apartment was quite expensive and we feel that certain elements let it down. We spent a lot of time out on the patio, but there was only one sun bed which was functioning properly. This is a villa for 4 people, therefore all the sun beds should have been fit for purpose on the day of our arrival. The dining table and chairs on the patio are also old fashioned, but functional and there was no comfy seating other than two old reclining chairs. The shower in the main bathroom, also needs to have either a deep clean or refurbished as the grout is very discoloured, and there is an old broken coffee table out on the patio which should probably be disposed of. The one thing they could do with in the kitchen is a trivet to stand hot pans on and quite a few plates had chips and should probably be replaced.

I have been coming to Moraira for over 30 years and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The apartment itself is lovely, well furnished, and in a great location. The gardens and pool as so well maintained and it is the nicest pool. Only 5 minutes leisurely walk into town makes this perfect for holiday makers who do not want to drive! Close to the Friday market too and a good size parking underground space is a bonus as we always hire a car to get outselves from the airport. But what also made our stay this year perfect was dealing with the staff at Sol Habitat. Their attentiveness made booking this apartment so very easy and every contact made with them was straightforward, helpful, courteous and friendly. Whatever property you decide to stay in, it will be perfect because you are dealing with Sol Habitat!
