Its excellent location will allow you to enjoy BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park. Next to the villa are the stairs that provide DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Just a few steps separate you from the crystal-clear waters of this tranquil cove, ideal for diving due to the great amount of flora and fauna it treasures.

The three dwellings, the swimming pool, the gardens, and the paddle court form a single fenced plot and are rented as a unit, that is, not shared with other tenants.
The main dwelling has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a spacious independent kitchen, Internet connection (WIFI) and TV with satellite in several languages. Next to the main dwelling are two large terraces, one with the swimming pool and two shaded areas with sun loungers and armchairs, and the other with an extensive table, wooded area and barbecue.
The second home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other is very spacious and has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms in this home has a terrace with a table, and the other has a large porch with tables and sofas. This second home does not have a living-dining room or kitchen.
The third dwelling consists of an independent bedroom. This dwelling is located next to the paddle court and the garden and has a terrace with a table.
In total, there are 6 bedrooms and all of them have air conditioning for both cold and hot temperatures. The main living room also has air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures and a fireplace with a glass door.
