APARTMENT ON THE FIRST LINE OF JÁVEA BEACH
Golden Life by Solhabitat Rentals is a apartment located on the seafront and in a very quiet area of Javea but very close to everything. The location of the apartment is perfect since you can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops on the promenade and coves as beautiful and famous as Cala Blanca. You can also walk to the Arenal beach in just 15 minutes. It is also only 12 minutes by car from the center of Javea and the port.
The apartment has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the majestic Cabo de San Antonio and the beautiful cove of La Sardinera. It has WiFi, garage and community pool with a nice garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room and the master bedroom also have views of the sea. The apartment has a total of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Parking will not be a problem since you have a private covered garage space that is located in the same building. You also have free parking areas around the building.
