MODERN APARTMENT WITH FANTASTIC GARDENS AND SWIMMING POOL IN A LUXURY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX – ONLY 5 MINUTES' WALK TO THE BEACH - IN THE HEART OF MORAIRA
Modern apartment in a fantastic luxury urbanisation with communal swimming pool and gardens just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Moraira and its fantastic beaches.
That apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is built with the best qualities: it has air conditioning throughout the home, WiFi Internet, satellite TV, electric blinds, fireplace, underfloor heating throughout the house, double safety glazing on all windows, rustic marble flooring etc… It is fully equipped and very well decorated with quality furniture.
The dwelling has an extraordinary south-facing orientation and a fantastic private terrace that is sunny all day long with a chill-out area and a lovely brick barbecue. That terrace is undoubtedly the best part of the house and will be the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and a sunset.
You can access both the dwelling and the entire complex, including the garage, without stairs. It has a lift and 1 parking space.
