Due to the apartment's location, there is more noise and movement at night during those dates. For many guests it is a vibrant and authentic experience, but if you are looking for maximum tranquillity, we recommend you take this into account before booking.
Notice – Community Rules: The apartment belongs to a homeowners' association, so it is mandatory to respect the cohabitation rules, rest hours and proper use of common areas. Failure to comply with these rules or any behaviour that causes disturbance may result in the total loss of the deposit.

- No pets of any kind are allowed. We apologize.

Modern apartment in a fantastic luxury urbanisation with communal swimming pool and gardens just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Moraira and its fantastic beaches.
That apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is built with the best qualities: it has air conditioning throughout the home, WiFi Internet, satellite TV, electric blinds, fireplace, underfloor heating throughout the house, double safety glazing on all windows, rustic marble flooring etc… It is fully equipped and very well decorated with quality furniture.
The dwelling has an extraordinary south-facing orientation and a fantastic private terrace that is sunny all day long with a chill-out area and a lovely brick barbecue. That terrace is undoubtedly the best part of the house and will be the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and a sunset.
You can access both the dwelling and the entire complex, including the garage, without stairs. It has a lift and 1 parking space.
