Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand, zur Innenstadt und zum öffentlichen Parkplatz (kostenlos). Trotzdem war es nicht wirklich laut, dazu haben sicherlich die gut isolierten Fenster beigetragen.

Wir waren zu zweit dort, es hätte aber eine ganze Familie ausreichend Platz gehabt. Die Ausstattung ist in allen Belangen und Räumen mehr als gut. Hier kann man es gut im Sommerurlaub aushalten. Die Kontakte zum Vermietungsbüro waren hilfreich, schnell und freundlich. |

The only small negative but easy to solve is to have at least one or two reasonably sharp knives, accommodation at this level at least deserves a couple of 10 euro disposable knives. We had to buy our own.

The house has an extraordinary south orientation and a fantastic sunny balcony overlooking the pool. From the balcony you will also enjoy beautiful views of the Moraira valley with the Sierra de Bernia mountains in the background.
You can access without stairs both the house and the entire complex including the garage. It has an elevator and 1 garage space.

"Moraira Club" is a luxury residence with communal pool and gardens, walking distance to Moraira centre and its fantastic beaches.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It has been constructed with the highest quality and features: air conditioning, electric shutters, heating, floor heating in the entire house, marble floor, etc.
The apartment has a private terrace with a chill-out area and a beautiful stone barbecue. This is without a doubt the best part of the house and will be the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
The entire apartment can be accessed without stairs. It has a lift and one parking place in the garage.
This apartment is undoubtedly the best in the complex and one of the best apartments for rent in all of Moraira.
