Portet Noray II has been recently renovated and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), fully equipped open kitchen with high end appliances and the best quality furniture. The bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with air-conditioning. What more could you ask for ?
The apartment is located in one of Moraira's most popular areaa as it líes right on the path to El Portet Beach, almost on the seafront and just a minute walk from the sand. Moreover the center of Moraira is just 1 km away. You will be able to walk to town while enjoying the beautiful sea views along the promenade.
IMPORTANT:
No groups of young people under 30 year are allowed.
No type of pet is allowed.
Large scale celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate more guests than house capacity limits.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It has been constructed with the highest quality and features: air conditioning, electric shutters, heating, floor heating in the entire house, marble floor, etc. The apartment has a private terrace with a chill-out area and a beautiful stone barbecue. This is without a doubt the best part of the house and will be the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The entire apartment can be accessed without stairs. It has a lift and one parking place in the garage. This apartment is undoubtedly the best in the complex and one of the best apartments for rent in all of Moraira.
