Within a few steps, you´ll be ready to dive into the Mediterranean as there are stairs leading you from the house DIRECTLY ONTO THE BEACH. Its quiet bay is ideal for diving due to the large variety of wildlife.
The property is modern and exquisitely designed. It was built in 2012 and is one of the best-designed villas in the area. It has spacious terraces filled with numerous plants and trees, ideal for a family lunch or dinner while enjoying the views and letting a pleasant breeze embrace you. The rooms are very spacious and bright and communicate directly with the garden and pool. The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, WIFI internet access, stereo, plasma TV etc... Wir können sagen es ist ein wunderbares und besonderes Haus am Meer in dem man spürt das sich hier der Architekt oder Bauherr wirklich Gedanken um Details gemacht hat. Die gesamte Villa ist in einem einheitlichen und stimmigen Stil gebaut. Der sich auch im Außenbereich fortsetzt. Die Villa ist bestimmt schon 20 Jahre alt und entsprechend benutzt aber das Grundkonzept spürt man immer noch und fühlt sich sehr wohl im Haus. Die Technik im Haus funktioniert und wenn es ein Problem gab wurde das von unserem Ansprechpartner bei Solhabitat schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür.

Nous aimerions retourner dans cette villa mais par rapport au prix entre le bruit permanent du restaurant, ces petits défauts et la maison qui ne peut être bien fermée … c’est un peu cher |

This beautiful villa is situated BY THE SEA, in a privileged place. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, just within an 8 minutes drive from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
Its excellent location allows you to enjoy FANTASTIC PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. Next, to the house, you will find the stairs that offer you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Few steps separate you from the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving and snorkelling thanks to the richness of its submarine flora and fauna.
This beautiful villa is very spacious, comfortable and luminous, ideal for families with children.
It has a large enclosed pool, a private paddle court, a barbecue area, a playground for kids, a large garden with many trees and parking for 2 cars. At the top of one of the houses, you will find a small solarium terrace, where you will be able to sunbathe and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the sea and of the mountains.
The villa is divided into three independent housings, one with three bedrooms, one with two bedrooms and the third one with one bedroom. Two of the houses have their own kitchens. The three housings, the pool, the gardens and the paddle are part of one and only one property and is rented as it is, that is it won’t be shared with other clients.
The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower. It also owns a large kitchen, Internet access (WIFI) and TV with multilingual satellite. Next to the main house are two large terraces, one with a pool and two shaded areas with hammocks and chairs, the other with a large table and a barbecue.
The second house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One room has a double bed and the other one is very large and has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. In this room, you can easily put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night). One room in this house disposes of a terrace with a table and the other one of a large porch with tables and sofas. This second house has no dining room or kitchen.
The third house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is also the possibility to put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night) This house is located next to the paddle court and the garden and has a terrace with a table.
In total there are 6 rooms and all of them have air conditioning and heating. The main room also has air conditioning/heating and a fireplace with a glass door.

FANTASTIC HOUSE BY THE SEA, BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH
This beautiful villa lies in an outstanding location, Cala Baladrar, one of the most stunning bays of the Costa Blanca. It is only 5 minutes away from the charming fishermen´s village of Moraira, known for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystalline water.
The villa offers you a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.
Its fantastic location on top of a small cliff will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The main house is divided into two different floors connected by an indoor staircase. The top floor holds 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning; two have a double bed and one two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the two double bedrooms have their own balcony. Bedroom number 4 also offers air-conditioning and its bathroom with shower is found on the same floor. Bedroom number 5 with air-conditioning, adjoining the house, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and independent access.
The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the barbecue area and a shaded outdoor lounge. It also has access to the front terrace, which offers the most spectacular sea views of the entire house.
