BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA JUST 12 MINUTES BY CAR FROM MORAIRA AND ITS FANTASTIC SANDY BEACHES
Solhabitat Colina Panoramic Views is located in a very quiet area, with great privacy and hardly any neighbors, and at the same time just 4 minutes by car from the urban center of Benitachell where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets. About 12 minutes away is the small fishing village of Moraira, internationally known for its fantastic sandy beaches and its modern marina. About 14 minutes away you will be surprised by the spectacular coves and cliffs of the Benitaxell coast, and to the north, just 13 minutes away you will enjoy the famous town of Javea with its lively promenade full of restaurants and trendy venues.
In this villa you will enjoy beautiful views of the valley with the sea line in the background. It is perfect for a quiet vacation as it has several relaxation areas on the terraces and around the pool; Comfortable armchairs, sofas and loungers to enjoy the sun and good weather.
The house has a capacity for 7 people and is distributed over two independent floors. On the main floor there is the kitchen, the living room, the main terraces and 2 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an apartment with a separate entrance that has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchenette (without a stove).
The house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning on the upper floor, central heating, fireplace, outdoor barbecue and covered parking.
IMPORTANT:
Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.
Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

• Des centaines de petites feuilles dans la piscine tous les jours, à cause de 2 grands palmiers dont quelques grandes feuilles sont mortes et devraient être coupées avant l’arrivée des clients pour la période estivale.

• Le pisciniste est venu 2 fois et a laissé la piscine plus sale que quand il est arrivé. La cause est qu’il mettait le tuyau d’eau dans la piscine, pour un ajustement, en le trainant, sans le nettoyer, et ramenant ainsi plein de feuilles dans la piscine. A noter aussi qu’il est parti en laissant le tuyau dedans, sans couper l'eau, et que, si je ne m'en étais pas inquiété, ou si nous avions été absents, la piscine aurait peut-être débordée. • Manque un store dans la chambre, sur la gauche en entrant, et j’ai donc dû mettre 2 couvertures que j’avais dans ma voiture, devant les vitres, pour nous protéger du lever du jour. • Il est dommage que l’appartement du rez-de-chaussée ne soit pas climatisé. Nous n’en n’avons pas eu l’utilité, mais nous pensions revenir une prochaine fois avec 4 personnes de plus, et je ne conçois pas de laisser 2 personnes sans climatisation l’été. • Il est dommage aussi que l’extérieur n’ait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée, alors que l’intérieur de la maison était très propre. • Les 2 parasols en haut sont à moitié détériorés, et étaient sales au niveau des socles. • Symboles et chiffres inexistants sur le four et le micro-ondes. Heureusement que le propriétaire a eu la bonne idée de laisser les documentations avec modes d’emploi. |

Obwohl das Haus schon etwas in die jahre gekommen ist ,ist alles super gepflegt , teilweise erneuert und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht . Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt mit tollen Pflanzen ,die bei uns leider so nicht wachsen .
